WORK RIGHTS AND STAY BACK

Students are allowed to work 20 hours per week when classes are in session, and 40 hours per week during vacation.
Spouses of students pursuing master’s or Ph.D. are allowed to work full time.
1 year stay back inside Auckland, 2 years stay back outside Auckland - Diploma and Graduate Diploma courses
Stay back for 2 years – Graduate diploma that leads to registration
Stay back for 3 years - Postgraduate diploma and master's
After completing your education, you can apply for the Skilled Migrant Visa to acquire permanent residency in New Zealand.

COST OF LIVING

Fees range from about $20,000 to $40,000 for bachelor programs and $20,000 to $45,000 for masters, with higher fees for medicine, veterinary science, and related subjects.
For Ph.D. programs, the fee range would be between $6,500 to $7,500 per year for most subjects.
